Jeannine (Pace) Gaston, a long-time resident of Plano passed on June 28, 2021 after a short but courageous battle with cancer. She was born February 4, 1936 in Brookhaven Mississippi. Survived by her husband of 60 years S. Marion Gaston, her daughter Jill (Gaston) Daubendiek and her husband Kevin, her Son Stephen Gaston, and her grandchildren Dan Daubendiek, Sydney (Daubendiek) Carmichael and her husband Kenneth "KC", and Alexis Daubendiek. As well as her sister Jennifer Carlisle. She was preceded in death by her parents LB & Irene Pace, her brothers John & Joel, and her sister Judith.
She graduated from Brookhaven High School in 1955, after high school she moved to Jackson, MS. where she met her husband while working at Retail Credit. Jeannine and Marion moved to Plano in 1972 after having lived in Hartford, Ct. for 3 years.
Jeannine loved people she had life-long friends in Mississippi and met several of her long-time friends while doing Jazzercise for over 30 years. Later on in life, she took up playing bridge and made a number friends while playing cards. She truly cherished all of her friends. She also enjoyed antiquing, collecting clocks and glass, traveling and spending time with her family.
She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
