Jeanette V. (Moffette) Provencher, 94, of Manchester, died April 6, 2022 at Villa Crest
Retirement Community after a period of declining health.
She was born in Manchester on May 10, 1927 to Alfred and Lea Moffette. She was a
lifelong resident of Manchester. She was married to Fernand W. Provencher (Flatop,
Teamsters Union Local 633) for 73 years, before his passing just a year ago.
Jeannette worked for Child and Family Services of NH, devoting her time in the
Homemaker Program in order to enhance the lives of the elderly and disabled.
Jeannette was the last of a great generation, predeceased by her parents and her brother
and sisters: Irene Labonville, Sr. Elaine Moffette, Joseph Moffette, Charles Moffette,
Helen White and Ethel Mitchell, Yvonne Moffette
SERVICES: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on April 9th at 9am at St.
Catherine Church, 267 Webster St., Manchester. Committal prayers will follow at Mt.
Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
