Merritt Funeral Home - Spring Hill
age 91, of Spring Hill, Florida passed away om August 20, 2021 at Oak Hill Hospital. She was born in Maywood, Illinois on August 23, 1929 to Dorothy and Frank Ladwig. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, friend and so much more. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary and has done countless things throughout her wonderful life. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, August "Gus" Scumaci, her sister, Nancy (Wolz) Dolman, brother, Frank Ladwig, son-in-law, Donald Siciliano, and son, Michael E. Scumaci; she is survived by her loving children: daughters and sons-in-law: Dorothy J. and Art Silva; Barbara A. and Duane Rodeo; Rosemarie and Michael Luciano; Lisa A. and Mark Pecsenka; daughter-in-law: Cheryl Scumaci; sidekick grandson and his wife: Frankie and Taylor Scumaci; 103 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; her dogs, Chloe, Reagan, adopted Johnny Cash and Camaro.
