Jeanne Maureen Glick of Sedro Woolley, Washington passed away, surrounded by loving family and friends, on Tuesday October 28th 2025. Jeanne was born February 11th 1950 in Richland Center, Wisconsin, the daughter of Gerald and Marie (Dray) Glick.
Jeanne lived a full life; riding her horse to grade school in rural Wisconsin, driving milk truck in high school for her family's cheese factory and competing in high school rodeo. She obtained her nursing degree by attending Tabor College and Wichita State. As a nurse she found her passion in the Operating Room. She enjoyed skiing & backpacking in Colorado, studying trees and other miracles of nature, and traveling in the 'rig'. She was proud of her success as a co-owner of Printwise, Inc. in Mount Vernon for 20 years.
Jeanne enjoyed a diverse group of friends from all eras of her life. She served on the Board of both the Skagit Land Trust and the Skagit Fisheries Enhancement Group in addition to many other volunteer roles. She was a Rotarian for many years. Jeanne's honesty, directness, knowledge and fairness will be missed by all that had the joy of knowing and working with her.
Jeanne would like to thank Peace Health Cancer Care in Bellingham for the care they provided over the last 15 years. Jeanne was able to pass peacefully at home with the assistance of Hospice of the Northwest. As Jeanne was a registered nurse, her standards for healthcare were exceptionally high and both Peace Health and Hospice of the Northwest exceeded her standards. Jeanne would like to send a special thank you to her oncologists, infusion nurses and hospice staff.
She was preceded in death by her parents. Jeanne is survived by her wife of 47 years Jean Leib, her brother Jarold (Teddy) Glick and her nephew Michael (Lara) Glick and great nephew Gunnar Glick and great niece Anna Glick.
