Jeanne Albright Hurt, 90, was born in Seattle WA on Feb. 2, 1933 and later moved with her newlywed husband, Billie, to his hometown of Scottsville, KY where they raised three children. She died in Charlotte on June 12, 2023.
She is survived by two daughters, Jana Hurt Harston and husband Dr. Phil Harston, of Charlotte, NC and Julie Hurt of Waxhaw, NC, a grandson, Dr. Drew Harston and wife Rev. Dr. Carol, of Louisville and their sons, James, Collier and Walter and a brother Bill in Virginia Beach, VA along with five nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by Billie and their son Todd.
A funeral service will be held at T. W. Crow & Son Funeral Home in Scottsville on Saturday June 17th, 2023 at 1:00 with visitation beginning at 10:00 AM followed by burial at Crescent Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to KY Hemophilia Foundation, 1850 Taylor Ave., Suite 2, Louisville, KY 40213
