Just shy of a century, Gigi was reunited with her beloved husband David, Sunday September 25th. Born in Woods Cross, UT in 1920, daughter of Salome and Lee Travis, she lived a wonderful life. Jean graduated from Amarillo High School in 1937. After graduation she attended USC and graduated as one of the first female graduates from the School of Business in 1942. She met the love of her life David Witts in Dallas and they remained happily married for 50 plus years. Jean was a passionate tennis player at T Bar M. She was a member of The Dallas Woman's Club, Marianne Scruggs Garden Club, Dallas Opera, Garden of the Gods Club and the Park City Club. Jean was preceded in death by her husband David and is survived by her daughter Elane, son in law John, granddaughters Emily and Cassidy Hansen. Our family requests your prayers and please raise a toast to Jean! In lieu of flowers, if desired, memorials in Jean's honor can be made to St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 5923 Royal Lane, Dallas, TX 75230.
