Jean M. Lynch, 62, of Bethlehem, passed away on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, in her home. She was born in Klingerstown, PA on August 20, 1959, to the late Paul and Peggy (Moses) Leitzel. Jean received her bachelor's degree from Moravian College and her master's degree from DeSales University, where she worked for 25 years. Jean was a devoted mother and Mom-Mom who enjoyed reading and taking trips to Promised Land with her children. While Jean wasn't a Bethlehem native, she made this town her home and loved going to Musikfest every year. Jean had the same group of friends since college, "The Girls," who were very close and will miss her dearly.Survivors: Children: Megan (Scott) Buchman of Macungie, Elizabeth (Seamus) Sillivan of Bethlehem, Colin (Keith Lewis) Lynch of Portsmouth, NH, Kasey (Shawn) Thomas of Kunkletown; brothers: Richard and Michael; grandchildren: Declan, Maeve, Ryan, Llewyn, Finn, Baby Girl Thomas. Jean will also be lovingly remembered by the extended Lynch family. Service: Family and friends may call 1-2pm Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at the Connell Funeral Home, Inc., 245 East Broad Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018, followed by a memorial service at 2pm.
