On Sunday October 6, 2024 Jean (Beaudoin) Lemieux, born October 18, 2024 passed away just shy of her 84th birthday, surrounded by family.
She will be missed by her husband of 56 years Arthur "Pete" Lemieux, her daughter Joanna Whittington, son Jeremy Lemieux and his wife Vanessa Morskate, grandchildren Calvin Whittington, Zach and Sam
Morskate-Lemieux, sister Anajai Jodrie, honored friend Mary Beth Fitzpatrick, granddogs Ruthie and Raskin, as well as numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
She worked for the USDA Forest Service Androscoggin Ranger District for 30 years as an Administrative Ranger and Forest Fire Dispatcher. Her messy desk was where all answers could be found. She volunteered annually at the Forest Service Fishing Derby at Wildcat and portrayed Smokey Bear, Woodsy Owl and Dolly Copp in educational programs for the public.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at 10am at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish, 345 Pleasant St., Berlin, NH with interment following in St. Anne Cemetery, Berlin. The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, Oct. 21 from 6-8pm at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin.
