Jason M. Madison, 48 of Watertown, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, March 22, 2024.
Jason was born on August 19, 1975, in Fort Atkinson, WI, the son of Raymond and Kim (Schetter) Madison. He attended Jefferson High School and later earned a GED. He was employed as a Truck Driver for many years, working for Lorman's in Fort Atkinson, Jacobson Trucking in Lake Mills, and most recently Clean Harbor Environmental in Fort Atkinson. Jason could fix anything, and his talents and interests centered around the Hobby. He loved anything that had to do with an engine or wheels. He especially loved semi's and trains, both real and model. And attending tractor and steam shows were cherished activities and he had a special appreciation for the "Hit and Miss" engine. When he could find time, Jason enjoyed hunting and he loved his pets deeply.
He is survived by: his maternal grandfather Donald Schetter of Jefferson; parents Ray (Donna) Madison of Helenville and Kim (James) Sizer of Jefferson; girlfriend Sheila; daughters Andrea (Todd), Makayla, and Shelby (Jake); grandchildren Chevelle, Nova, Buck and Kayden; brother Jared Madison of Jefferson and step-sisters Lynsey (Brady) Broedlow of Helenville and Tammy Gisvold of Dundas, MN. Jason is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Jason is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, maternal grandmother, and his step-brother Andrew Sizer. He is also preceded in death by other family members.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00PM on Friday, April 5, 2024 at the Olsen-Gibson Funeral Home in Jefferson with Rev. Shane Walker presiding. Visitation will be on Friday from 4:00PM until the time of service at the funeral home.
