In Loving Memory of Jarrod Adam Dube
Jarrod Adam Dube, aged 46, passed away unexpectedly on March 21, 2024, at his home in Candia, NH, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. He was born on April 1, 1977, in Exeter, NH, the beloved son of David R. Dube and Melissa (Critchett) Small.
Jarrod spent the majority of his life in Candia, NH, where he grew up alongside his sister, Jenni Lavoie, who was not only his sibling but also his best friend. As a youth, Jarrod found joy and camaraderie through his involvement in the Candia Youth Athletic Association, particularly excelling in baseball and earning recognition as an All-Star player.
A graduate of Central High School in Manchester, NH, Class of 1996, Jarrod's academic achievements were underscored by his recognition as one of the top scholastic students in the country during his junior year.
Straight out of high school, Jarrod embarked on a fulfilling 30-year career with Severino Trucking, where he initially worked as a truck driver before transitioning to the position of operator, earning much admiration of his colleagues. Jarrod could operate any piece of equipment that you put in front of him
In his personal life, Jarrod was considered by countless people to be best friends with him. He found love and companionship with Kristen Paskevich, with whom he shared a beautiful daughter, Lia Dube, now aged 15. Later, his heart found love again with Jennifer Cole, whom he married on December 29, 2013. Jarrod's family especially his daughter, and friends were nearest and dearest to his heart
Jarrod approached life with an infectious zest, finding joy in an array of activities including snowmobiling, horseback riding, four-wheeling, water skiing, fishing, deep-sea fishing, and skeet shooting and all fun activities in firearms. A talented landscape artist, Jarrod also found fulfillment in creating beautiful outdoor improvements for his clients.
Jarrod was a proud member of the Snow Slickers Snow Mobile Club in Auburn, NH, and the Crank Pullers Snow Mobile Club in Northwood, NH.
Jarrod is survived by his wife, Jennifer Dube, his daughter, Lia Dube, father, David R. Dube, mother and step-father, Melissa C. Small and Philip H. Small, sister and brother-in-law who were his best friends, Jenni Lavoie and Greg Lavoie-aka"Squirrel", the mother of his daughter and her husband, Kristen Marrion and Alex Marrion, his mother-in-law, Robin Cole, 2 nephews who considered Jarrod their hero, Kolin Lavoie, Carter Lavoie, uncle and aunt, E. Dwayn Critchett and Linda Critchett, aunt, Cheryl Critchett, aunt and uncle, Melanie Gray and Jimbo Gray, uncle and aunt, Timothy Small and Chantel Small, uncle, Marc Dube, aunt and uncle, Jocelyn D. Elmore and Gene Elmore, uncle and aunt, Daniel Dube and Cheryl Dube, uncle and aunt, Paul Dube and Tracy Dube, uncle and aunt, Pierre Dube and Gayle Dube, aunt, Nicole Dube, uncle and aunt, Jean Dube and Stephanie Dube and many cousins, friends and co-workers.
Jarrod was predeceased by his aunt, Cheryl Dube (wife of Marc Dube), and uncle Andre Dube who recently passed away in 2022.
A celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 4:00 PM at The Barnyard Venue, 285 Old Candia Rd., Candia, NH.
