Janice was the daughter of Marvin undefined Audrey Wheelington. She was born on Nov 12, 1947 in Oak Grove, Louisiana and died on Oct 31, 1997 in Shreveport, Louisiana. She married Alvin Dee Harper on July 22, 1963. They had 2 daughters. Kimberly Dea Harper Grabert and Tara Lyn Harper Moore and 4 grandchildren Brent Jeffery Grabert, Blake Nicholas Grabert, Victoria Lyn “Tori” Moore Brown and Mason Scott Moore. She is buried at Oak Grove Cemetery.
