OBITUARY - JAMES "KENNETH" WARE
James Kenneth (Ken) Ware was born in South Pittsburg, Tennessee on May 18, 1944 and passed away at his home in Carrolton, Georgia on October 23, 2024. He had a very brief illness with his last days and hours spent at home with friends and family that he loved dearly.
Ken was preceded in death by his father and mother, Alf and Bell Ware; two brothers, Aldred (Jr.) Ware and Fred Ware; and two sisters, Mildred Troxell Pierce and Ruby Myers. He is survived by a daughter, Tammy Milfred of Carrolton, a son, James Kenneth (Jennifer) Ware, Jr. of Chattanooga, seven grandchildren, Violet Marrone of Carrolton, Victoria McDonald, Zachary Ware, Nnoah Ware, Jessica Ware, Micah Ware and Kathleen Ware all of Chattanooga. He is also survived by one brother, Glen Ware of Chattanooga along with several nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
Ken had an infectious personality and always had a smile on his face and a kind word to everyone he met. He could bring sunshine into a room even on his own cloudy days. The family would like to thank Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga and Tanner Hospice in Carrolton for the excellent medical attention provided.
Arrangements were made and carried out in Carrolton, Georgia and a memorial service will be announced at a later date.
