James was born March 28, 1948 in Cocke County Tennessee and died July 5, 2015 Virginia. He was the son of Joe Thomas Smith and Emma Ona Green Smith of Cock County Del Rio Tennessee also of Manassas Virginia. James is buried in Stonewall Memory Gardens in Virginia, USA.
