James Michael "Mike" Schmidt Born: July 23, 1951 Died: May 26, 2022 Mike Schmidt, 70 of Apache Junction Arizona and McHenry passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2022 in Apache Junction Arizona. Mike was a lifelong resident of McHenry and spent the last 6 winters in Arizona. Mike was a former redi-mix driver for Meyer Material. Mike is survived by his son Jesse (Miriah), 3 grandchildren, Dakota, Gunner, and Jaylee, brother Charles (Sue) of Colorado, and numerous nieces, nephews, and millions of friends. Mike was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Jackie (Reeves), brothers Frank, Phil, Fred, Tom, stepson Jayson, and former wife Linda (Lee). To know Mike was to love Mike. He will be missed by all of us. Our lives have been better because of him. Heaven just got better. There will be no service. There will be several get-togethers in the near future to remember our dear friend. Rest in peace my friend.
