Celebration of James H. McNeely's life, age of 88 of Tyler TX. He passed away peacefully in his home and is now with his Angels in heaven. Wife Shirley "Sugarbabe" McNeely, Sister Billie Sue Kotz, Brother Dan McNeely, Step-daughter Linda Porter, Step-son's Gary and Terry Blankinship and great granddaughter Kaylin Cone.
Jim is survived by sister Vearl A. Rogers, Daughter Georgie G. Stewart, Nephew Jack Kotz, Todd McNeely, Danny McNeely, Michael W. McNeely and Niece Chere Whitton. Grandchildren-Scott Verbenec (Cristy), Shannon Cone (Shawn), Melanie Halon (Corey), Jason Verbenec (Erica), Heather Blankinship and Darren Stewart. thirteen Great Grandchildren and five Great Great Grandchildren.
Jim was a Veteran of the United States Marine Corp from 1951-1952 where he served in Japan and was wounded with medical discharge.
He enjoyed working in the yard and feeding the animals. He loved his two Kitty's. He loved his family, friends and neighbors with all of his heart and will be a void in all our lives.
There will be a celebration of life on Saturday February 19th, 2022 at the McNeely family grave site.
