James P. Herr, 26, of Bernhards Bay, passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2009 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Redfield. Born in Clearfield, Pa., he has resided most of his life in Bernhards Bay, NY. Jim worked as a welder for North Shore Excavating in Bernhards Bay. He really enjoyed playing his guitar. Jim was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, James A. Herr in 2008 and is survived by his parents, James C. and Diane M. (Priolo) Herr of Bernhards Bay; a sister, Nicole L. Herr of Baldwinsville; maternal grandparents, Paul and Mary Priolo of Central Square; paternal grandmother, Mary Herr of Morrisdale, Pa., and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 13, 2009 at 10 a.m. at the WATSON FUNERAL HOME, INC., 631 S. Main St., Central Square, NY with burial in Union Settlement Cemetery, West Monroe. Calling hours will be Friday, June 12, 2009 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
