James Ray Coffey, also lovingly known as Junior, RayRay, little Ray, and Uncle RayRay, passed away unexpectedly at age 33 on July 6, 2022 with his devoted wife, Jamie, at his side. James was born on November 23, 1988, in Brownwood, Texas to Ray Coffey and Angela Davis. He moved to Bertram, Texas where he met his wife at Burnet High School. They married October 18th, 2008 in Bertram, where they lived with their many fur babies, Zee, Kodiac, Diesel, Bubba, and Gunnie. Together they enjoyed many adventures: traveling, camping, kayaking, bonfires, tubing, and fishing with their friends and family. Though he was only on earth for a short time, he will be in the hearts and memories of his friends and family forever.
James is survived by his wife, Jamie Penelope Coffey; his father and mother, Ray and Drenda Coffey; his grandfather, Calvin Gray; his half-brother and wife, Brandon and Ninfa Coffey; his half-sister and husband, Kara and Drew Baker; his brother from another mother and wife, Lee and Emilie Kinsey and their two daughters; his step-siblings Chris, Ashton, and Amanda, and their spouses; as well as many nieces and nephews.
There will be a memorial to celebrate his life at a later date.
