Jacob Tyler Skees, 22, of Simpsonville, passed away on September 9, 2018.
Jacob was employed with Penrod Fencing. He was passionate about music, song writing, and art. He also performed his own music as High Dream Society.
He is survived by his mother, Melissa Dawn (Skees) Hendrix; sisters, Megan Hendrix, Sara Huchingson, and Amber Hendrix; brother, Bailey Hendrix; grandparents, David and Debra Skees; great-grandparents, Thurman and Helen Akins; step-father, Jason Hendrix; and several nieces, cousins, aunts, uncles, and many friends.
Visitation for Jacob will be held on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 from 2-8 PM and on Thursday, 9-11 AM, at Ratterman & Sons Jeffersontown, 10600 Taylorsville Rd. The Funeral Service will be at 11 AM on Thursday in the Chapel of the Funeral Home.
