Jack Efird Lowder, 81 years old, passed away peacefully at the home he built in Elk Park on Friday, June 23, 2023. He was surrounded by his family who loved and supported him.
He was born on September 4, 1941, in Caretta, West Virginia. He was the firstborn of a set of twins to the late Cull and Martha (Taylor) Lowder.
