Jack Douglas Morris was born in Everett, WA on December 24, 1961, passing August 14, 2021.
Jack attended Everett High, class of 1980, where he met his future wife Mary Handy. Jack was known at Everett High for being athletic, lettering in football and baseball. Jack's athletics were shown in the Everett Herald several times in photos.
After high school, Jack became very active in his dad's used car lot, Greg Morris Company, where he worked for over 20 years, until Greg & Sharon closed it in 2002. Jack most recently worked at Sandberg Volvo in Lynnwood.
During the time at Greg Morris Company, Jack was very involved in his sons' activities, being coach for baseball, and setting up a batting cage in the basement of the car lot.
Jack enjoyed watching Husky games, old westerns, fishing, golf and gathering with friends and family, taking people up Chuckanut Drive for seafood. He was proud of his family and will be missed by many.
He leaves behind his sons, Anthony L. Morris of Seattle, and Andrew J. Morris and Leslie Sandage of Lake Stevens. He is also survived by his father, Greg Morris, brothers Pete Morris (Choteau, Montana), Chuck Morris (Everett) and his sister Debbie Kick (Eric) and niece Lilly Kick aka "Watermelon" and his aunt Suzanne Rose (Kauai). He was proceeded in death by his loving mother, Sharon Morris, grandparents Rita & Milton Morris (Morris the Florist) and Dorothy Hester and Ernie Rose.
Services at Solie Funeral Home in Everett on Monday, August 23rd at 1pm. Donations can be made in his name to the North Everett Little League or the Boys & Girls Club in Everett.
