Jack Burkich, 95 of Whitesburg, passed away Saturday, November 27, 2021 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Hospital. Jack was the son of the late Vido and Mary Ingraham Burkich. Surviving are 1 son: Michael Jack (Pamela) Burkich of Versailles; 1 daughter: Jennifer Burkich of Independence; 1 grandchild: Rebecca (Tyler) Baldwin; 1 great grandchild: Michael Cade Baldwin; special great niece: Kristin (Jonathan) Collins; special great great nieces: Piper and Palmer. Jack was preceded in death by his wife: Ruby Hogg Burkich. Funeral: 1:00 PM Saturday, December 11, 2021 at the Graham Memorial Presbyterian Church with Beth McCrary officiating. Family request masks be worn for both visitation and funeral. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Dolly Parton's Imagination Library c/o Whitesburg Rotary Foundation, P.O. Box 406, Whitesburg, Ky. 51868
