CROSS-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, INC.
J.W. Lee, age 89 of LaFollette, passed away Saturday, March 4th, 2023. He was of the Baptist Faith. He moved to LaFollette in 1960 to go into business as "Lee Ford" - Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury Dealer for 27 years.
Preceded in death by parents Fred Lee and Marjorie Lee Barger. Wife of 40 years Lorraine Noel Lee, brother Gene Lee, sister-in-law Mattie Lou Lee, brother Charles Ed Lee, sister Barbara Lee Smith, daughter-in-law Patsy Turner Lee.
Survivors:
Son: Scott Lee
Daughter: Ann Lee Thompson and husband Nick Thompson
Sister: Geraldine Pewitt
Special Friend: Barbara Petitt
Along with several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Family will receive friends from 5 PM-7 PM Tuesday, March 7th at Cedar Hill Baptist Church with funeral service to follow at 7 PM with Rev. Bryan Burge officiating. Family and friends will meet 11 AM Wednesday, March 8th at Cross-Smith Funeral Home and proceed to Campbell Memorial Gardens for 12 PM interment with military honors provided by the Campbell County Honor Guard.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Cedar Hill Baptist Church Deacon's Benevolence Fund.
