Ish "Steve" Steven Miyake

Ish Steven Miyake, known affectionately as Steve to his friends and family, passed away peacefully January 12, 2026, at his home in Nampa, Idaho. Born on May 23, 1953, in Soap Lake, Washington.

Steve loved to spend time fishing, hunting, and golfing. Steve was a huge fan of Boise State football and wouldn't miss a game. He often reminisced about the crisp mornings on the lake and the thrill of cheering on his favorite team surrounded by fellow fans.

After graduating from high school, Steve dedicated his life to the construction industry. His work was not just a job but a testament to his craftsmanship and dedication.

Steve's personal life was filled with love and laughter, thanks to his beloved wife, Linda, and their two children, David and Kelli. He was a devoted husband and father, always putting his family first in his adventures.

He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. His spirit will continue to inspire us to live with courage and to cherish the simple pleasures of life, just as he did.
