Irene Toussaint of Bellows Falls, passed away on July 11, 2025 at the Gill Home in Ludlow, she was 97. Services will be announced and held in August. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Fenton and Hennessey Funeral Home 55 Westminster St, Bellows Falls, VT.
