Ida (Griola) D'Arrigo May 31, 2022 Ida (Griola) D'Arrigo, 91, of Syracuse, passed away May 31, 2022 at Crouse Hospital surrounded by loved ones. She was born in East Syracuse, daughter of the late Anthony and Carmella (Rao) Griola. Ida retired from General Electric (Military Division) after 40 dedicated years. In addition to her parents, she is also predeceased by five brothers and one sister. Ida is survived by her loving husband of 72 years, Cosmo D'Arrigo; three sons: Mark (Cindy) D'Arrigo, David D'Arrigo and Anthony D'Arrigo; three grandchildren: Vincent, Jordianna and Anna; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held at 9:00 am on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, followed by a Funeral Mass in celebration of Ida's life at 10:00 am in St. Daniel's Church, 3004 Court St., Syracuse, NY. She will be laid to rest in Woodlawn Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 4:00 – 6:00 pm on Monday, June 6, 2022 at the funeral home, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
