Howard Daggett, 84, passed away on Oct. 30, 2019, in Salem, Ore. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at 3 p.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 3:30 p.m. in St. Edward's Catholic Church at 5303 River Road, North Keizer, Ore. on Friday, Nov. 29, 2019.
