Found peace on May 27, 2018 at the age of 83 years.
Husband of the late Barbara Campbell and stepfather of Jon (Carol) Pfaff. Further survived by other relatives and friends.
Howard was preceded in death by his parents Grace and George, sister Georgia, and brother Jerry Campbell. Howard was born in Oklahoma and early in his childhood moved to Milwaukee. He was a Messmer graduate and proudly served his country in the U.S. Army.
He retired from the U.S. Post Office after 32 years of service.
A private military service was held.
