Family to receive guests on Saturday, January 11, 2020, at 1pm, and funeral services will be held at 3pm, both at Ted Dickey Funeral Home in Plano, TX. Interment will be held on Monday, January 13, 2020, at 2pm at the Texas State Cemetery in Austin, TX.
