Herman is survived by his wife, two daughters, other family and friends. Family and friends may visit at First New Hope Baptist Church, 4818 Suitland Road, Hillcrest Heights, MD on Wednesday, June 8 from 10 a.m. until time of services at 11 a.m. Interment, Fort Lincoln Cemetery in Brentwood, MD. Services entrusted to Tri-State Funeral Services, Inc.
