Helen Long, age 85 of Maryville, passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She attended Gray Ridge Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her parents, Ira and Sadie Belle Solomon; 4 sisters and 1 brother. Survivors include her husband of 67 years, Edward Long; children, Brenda (Roger) Noe, Ralph (Shelia) Long and Mike (Yvonne) Long; sister, Sue Rogers; brother, Jim Solomon; granddaughters, Amanda (Carson) Hunt, Selena (Michael) Long and Carissa (Dustin) Osborne; great grandchildren, Blake and Emma Hunt; several nieces, nephews and special friend, Linda Crowder. The Funeral service will be 12:00 PM Saturday at Miller Funeral Home Rev. Billy Carrigan officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday June 29, 2019 from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM.
