JOSEPH W. JONES FUNERAL HOME
Ms. Helen Turvin Camp, 90, of Leesburg, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at her home while surrounded by her beloved family. Services honoring her life will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, July 8, 2023, in the chapel of Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home. The family will visit with friends following the service at the funeral home. Born November 27, 1932, in Houston County, AL, Ms. Camp was the daughter of the late Jesse and Annie Adams Turvin. She worked for 34 years in civil service as an accounting tech and was of the Christian faith. Ms. Camp loved watching birds from her porch, enjoyed working in her yard, and loved her dog, Blue. A loving mother and grandmother she will be greatly missed. Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Deborah Martin and Paul of Leesburg; and Terri Wallace and John of Leesburg; granddaughter, Lisa Harrell and Jay of Warwick; great-granddaughter, Kady; and bonus great-grandchildren, Kristen, Anna, and Bryan.
