Hazel E. Moore of Northfield, MA passed away in Pueblo, CO of natural causes on March 23, 2021.
Hazel was born in Leverett, MA on October 31, 1926. She was the daughter of the late George R. Hillock and Daisy V. Hillock (Black). She leaves behind 3 daughters. Sandra Marcy (Tim) of Turners Falls, MA, Pamela Stratton of Pueblo, CO and Brenda O'Connell of Northfield, MA.
She leaves behind 15 grandchildren Pat Stratton-Poulin, Fawn Stebbins-Wirth, Neil Stebbins, Nicole Hague, Tim Marcy, Tiffany Marcy, James Kirkland, Kristy Hamilton, Elizabeth Barrett, Jeremy Kopasz, Jason Kopasz, Kelly Kopasz, Katy Kopasz, Ryan O'Connell and Bridget O'Connell, 24 great grandchildren and 15 great great grandchildren. She also leaves many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her daughter Nancy Williams (Stratton) and grandson Lenny Stebbins.
Hazel loved working in her yard, she enjoyed watching the kids grow up during the many years that she drove school bus for Northfield, she liked to travel to the different states where her children where living, she liked the older country music and she enjoyed doing puzzles.
Funeral services will be Thursday April 8, 2021 at the Greenfield Alliance Church at 11:00 A.M. The Rev. Jason Beamon pastor will officiate. Burial will follow in Farms Cemetery, Northfield, Ma.
Calling hours will be Wednesday (4-7-2021) from 6-8 P.M. At the Kidder Funeral Home, 1 Parker Ave. Northfield, Mass. At all services masks and social distancing will be required. To send condolences please visit www.kidderfuneralhome.com.
