Harvey Lee Moore II passed away on April 22, 2023 at Ashley Manor in Chubbuck, Idaho.
The first son of Harvey L. Moore and Ruth V. (Harding) Moore, he was born on August 19, 1941 in Washington D.C.
He graduated from Richard Montgomery High School in Rockville, Maryland in 1959. He enlisted in the U.S. Army 1963-66, and during that time was stationed in Korea for a year.
A graduate of Idaho State University in Pocatello, he had a degree in Recreational Therapy and lived in Pocatello for more than forty years.
Harvey is survived by his brothers Raymond (Carolyn) Moore of Catonsville MD and William (Bonnie) Moore of Frederick MD, and his sister Ila Snyder of York, South Carolina. He is also survived by three nephews and two nieces.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday May 11, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at Brownsville Cemetery in Brownsville, MD, Pastor Calvin Parks officiating.
