Our beloved father, grandfather, and friend was born on 01/11/1929 and went to be with the Lord on 02/22/2018.
Harry Ray Sechrist is survived by his wife Norma, three sons Michael, Patrick and Harry Jr. and daughter Kathy; daughter-in-laws Marty and Jackie, and son-in-law Alfred. Thirteen grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
He proudly served in the United States Air Force as a flight engineer for 27 years. Serving in the Korean War and Vietnam War. He was a Rural Carrier for the US Postal Service for 28 years retiring in 2005.
After retiring he enjoyed his time working on building his stamp and coin collections.
He attended Sandals Church in Mentone and lived out his Christian values in his everyday life.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made in Harry Ray Sechrist's name to the Dementia Society of America.
