Harold Eugene Mishler, 85, of Meyersdale, PA, died Tuesday, December 15, 2020, at UMPC Altoona, Altoona, PA. Born April 11, 1935, in Berlin, PA, he was the son of the late John Calvin and Lulu (Miller) Mishler. He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Erma Gray (Harrell) Mishler; his step-mother, Edith M. Mishler; one brother, Charles "Charlie" MIshler; and one great-granddaughter, Ashley Mishler. Mr. Mishler was a retired custodian for the Meyersdale Board of Education and also retired from WalMart, Cumberland, MD. He was a member of the Glade City Church of God, where he loved to attend and sing at. He never met a stranger and loved his dog, Tiny. He is survived by his wife, Thelma Cruthers Mishler, Salisbury, PA; three sons, Harold Eugene (Ruth) Mishler and Roger Lee Mishler, all of Meyersdale; Barry Dean (Beverly) Mishler, Fairfield, PA; one daughter, Beverly Ann "Pickle" Kearns, Meyersdale; two sisters, Alice Rose Wilt, Meyersdale; Mary Lou Hold, Garrett, PA; 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, with one on the way. Friends will be received at the Newman Funeral Home, Inc., 9168 Mason-Dixon Hwy., Salisbury, on Tuesday, December 22, 2020, from 2-3 p.m. Funeral services will follow in the funeral home at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Milton Morris officiating.
