Harold Ingwald Halvorson was born Oct. 25, 1914 in Clear Lake to Edward Inga (Bendickson) Halvorson.
At age 17 he was the care taker of the Lowell, Gold Medal flour, Pillsbury VP summer mansion on Briggs Lake approx. 1936
Harold was enlisted in US Army in WWII, he served in Europe.
While in Europe, 1944, Harold met and fell in love with Betty Stronge, of London, England.
Harold was deployed to Germany and France.
Betty married Mr Weston of England, and In 1945 William "Bill" Weston / Halvorson, was Born in England.
Harold was Deployed back to US.
In 1945. Then back to his Sister's home in Mpls Mn.
Approximately 1949 the Weston's moved to Ohio Usa.
1944- ?? There was communications between Harold undefined Betty.
Fast forward to the 1980's After a terrible accident, Betty Shared with her Son Bill, that his biological father was Harold Halvorson of Minn.
Later, In many attempts, research, calls, they were unable to contact find the correct Harold Halvorson, (as the name Harold Halvorson in MN. Was a extremely Popular name.)
Harold had lived in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area until moving to the Clear Lake area in 1979.
Harold had been a Car Inspector for Great Northern/ Burlington Northern Railroad for 37 years, retiring in 1979.
Retiring to Brigg's Lake, Clear Lake Mn.
Bill Weston, served in US Military, attended College, Became a Lawyer, Married Mary and had 3 Sons.
In 2017, the Weston's Took ancestry DNA tests, it to till Feb. 2018 to Find Terri Larson's Ancestry Genealogy public Tree online, after reaching a relative of Harold's tree, that was of Harold's Mother's Sister Annie Fossum of ND.
And fast forward to Now We have New Halvorson Relatives now Connected!
