Harold Hyung Moo Chang passed in peace Saturday, July 10, 2021 at St. Francis Hospice at the age of 88.
Harold and his twin brother Walter were born at Queen's Hospital on Oct. 13, 1932.
During intermediate school, he and his twin were members of the Hawaii Swim Club at the Waikiki Natatorium. He graduated from St. Louis College in 1951 and the University of Oregon in 1955 with a BA in Political Science.
After college, he became a history teacher at various Oahu high schools, and retired from Kalani High, where he also served as the Athletic Director.
Harold was an avid golfer, who golfed every weekend. After retiring, he got his "dream" job working at Hickam Golf Course.
He is survived by his wife Marilyn; twin daughters Cissy and Mimi; son Mitch; grandsons Blake, Ethan and Donovan and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at Diamond Head Mortuary on August 5th, at 12:30 p.m.
