A public walk-thru viewing will be held on Sunday, August 1, 2021, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM, at the Smith-McNeal Chapel - 2119 Dorchester Road, North Charleston, SC. Masks are required! Mr. Smalls is survived by his wife: Betty A. Smalls; children: Gregory Smalls, Jr., Derek Smalls and Alexis Smalls; two granddaughters; siblings: Wanda Brown (Cleveland), Tolbert Smalls (Nannette), Deborah Smalls Gathers, Brendalyn Green (William), Elton Smalls and Timothy Smalls (Barbara); sisters and brothers-in-law.
