Gloria Boisvert Russ passed away June 13, 2019 surrounded by her children. A celebration of Gloria's life will be held on Sunday, June 23rd at 1:30 PM at Aldersgate Chapel, 3800 Shamrock Drive, Charlotte, NC 28215.
