Glenn R. Suitter, 79, of Salem, NH and formerly of Woburn, MA passed away at his home on Thursday, Dec. 31st, surrounded by his loving family.
Glenn was born "with a purty face" in Houlton, Maine, the 10th child of the late Hazel (Ellis) and Bert Suitter. He worked as a truck driver for Jaquith Grain Co., Ritter Trucking and then joined Wilmington Group as the office manager. In 1976, he married Donna and they relocated to Salem, NH. He became a driver for Coca Cola of No. New England for 14 years until his retirement in 2003.
In 1989, Glenn and Donna moved to Londonderry, NH. They owned rental properties and together they maintained and landscaped these properties. As busy as he was, Glenn was always ready and willing to lend a helping hand to family, friends and neighbors. He had a wonderful sense of humor and he enjoyed joking with and teasing his grandchildren. Although Glenn and Donna enjoyed traveling, he was always happiest at home.
Glenn will be sadly missed by his beloved wife of 44 years, Donna (Towse) Suitter; his 3 children, Rick and Maureen Suitter, Dan Suitter and Nancy Miele and their mother, Dottie (Power) Clinton; his 4 step-children, David Mastroianni, Mark Mastroianni, Traci and Steven Currier and Steven and Rhonda Mastroianni; his 8 siblings, Ronald, Sonny, Jeanette, Darrell, Connie, Ervin, Norma and Larry; his 19 grandchildren; several great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his son; Brian Suitter and by his nine siblings; Kenny, Eddie, Bobby, Raymond, Althea, Maxine, Donna, Joan and Marvin.
