GLENDLE “GLENN” S. HILL, 64, of Louisville passed peacefully on Friday, July 15, 2022, at Baptist Health Hospital. Born in Frankfort, KY, Glenn worked at Humana as a Beneficiary Service Representative. He was a member of St. Edward Catholic Church, where he was a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Justice Ministry, and the choir. Glenn was an avid reader, loved plants, the ocean, his family, Cars, and his many pets through the years. He was a very kind and gentle person who was greatly loved by his family and many, many friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Earl Hill.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 36 years, Elissa (Williams) Hill; his cherished mother, Sadie Frances Hill, his brother, William “Keith” Hill (Joan); and his sister, Kim Potts (Chuck) and many special nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, from 11 am - 8 pm at Ratterman and Sons Funeral Home, Jeffersontown 10600 Taylorsville Rd. There will be a prayer service Wednesday at 6 pm. His Funeral Mass will be 10 am Thursday, July 21, 2022, at St. Edward Catholic Church, 9608 Sue Helen Dr., with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.

The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, aides, and staff at Baptist Health for their kind and compassionate care. A special thanks to oncologist Wangjian Zhong MD, PhD whose gentle understanding, loving care, and personal attention was a comfort to Glenn and his family.
