It's with a very heavy heart to tell you that on March 27, 2018 - Jerry Callahan, age 71, completed his journey here on earth after a long battle with dementia. A service has not been planned at this time.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made in Gerald F Callahan's name to the Dementia Society of America.
