Georgine, known to all as George, of Charlotte, NC, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2022. Raised in Birmingham, Alabama and lived in New Orleans, Louisiana where she met her one true love, her late husband George Michael Baccich, Jr. They moved to Charlotte in 1967. A mother of five, an interior decorator, a talented tennis player and a shifty poker player. She was an amazing cook who loved to entertain family and friends. Her speciality was creative events like Camp By George, the Baccich Beach Olympics, Derby and Panther parties. Nothing was more important to her than her family and maintaining a fun and welcoming home.
She is predeceased by her oldest son, Michael (Janice) and is survived by her children Thorn (Nancy), Anne, John (Lisa) and Steve (Leigh Ann), 10 grand children and 10 great grand children.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
