Georgia Wood Lamb, 94, widow of Clyde E. Lamb, passed away Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Trinity on Laurens.
Mrs. Lamb was born in Edgefield, SC on August 15, 1926. She moved to Aiken in 1951. She was a member of Memorial Baptist Church.
Surviving her are daughters, Iris Youmans of Aiken and Clydia (Mark) Nations of Columbia, SC ; grandchildren, Steven (Amanda) Green, David Green, Marci Nations and Cliff (Molly) Nations; great-grandchildren, Carly Chavis, Nolan Green, Sydney Georgia Green, Noah Green, Bryce Nations and Cole Nations.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Lamb was pre-deceased by 3 sisters, Pansy T. Fulmer, Sara W. Boatwright & Maggie W. Lamb and 4 brothers, John L. Wood, Joseph Wood, Albert Wood & Glover Wood.
A private graveside services will be conducted on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at 11:00 am in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Graniteville, SC with Mr. John Wood officiating.
