George Apostolou III, 39, of Easthampton, passed away suddenly on Friday, February 19, 2021. He was born in Middletown, CT on April 12, 1981 to the late George Apostolou II and to Myla Consic-O'Connor.
He was educated in Middletown, CT schools, and had worked for several years at Bruegger's in Northampton and most recently in Maintenance at the Burger King of Easthampton. George had a vivid imagination, which led him to draw stunning pictures and to have a love of art. He loved playing video games, and playing with his cat Minwu. He also enjoyed cooking for his family, but most of all he loved playing his guitar.
George is survived by his daughter, Tovah Caron of Middletown, CT, his girlfriend, Lee-Ann Pipp of Easthampton, MA, his mother, Myla Consic-O'Connor, and her wife Marcie Consic-O'Connor of Florence, MA, his brothers, Christopher Stanko and his fianc? Erin Dunican of Orange, MA, Benjamin Apostolou and his wife Stacy of Holyoke, MA, Benjamin Erlandson and his wife Michelle of East Hampton, CT, and his sister, Elizabeth Erlandson and her fianc? Jeremy Jarvis of Derry, NH. He will also be forever remembered by his many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Besides his father George, he was also predeceased by his brother, Theodore "T.J." Stanko.
There will be calling hours Saturday, March 6, 2021 at the DROZDAL FUNERAL HOME of Northampton from 12-2 PM. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. All are welcome to attend, face coverings must be worn, and social distancing must be maintained at all times.
