Gary Lennie Snow was born on March 31,1966 in Fayetteville, North Carolina to the late Philmore and Florence Snow. He departed his life peacefully, May 26,2022.
Gary who was also known as Red joined and got baptized at Good Hope Missionary Church at an early age. He attended Sunny Side Elementary, Stedman Middle School, and Cape Fear High School. He was class of 84 as a Cape Fear Colt. After graduating from High School, he started working at Purolator. He later moved to Atlanta, Georgia with his brother Lionel Snow. He worked as a hard labor worker and a contractor.
He leaves to cherish his memories: 2 children Gary Scott of Fayetteville NC, ShaKayla Snow of Greensboro NC. 3 Brothers: Dennis (Lisa) of Fayetteville NC, Billy (Glennis) of Linden NC, Lionel (Stephanie) Dallas, Georgia, 2 sisters Phyllis Snow, and Delphine Brunson (Albert) 2 grand kids: Gary Scott Jr, Malaysia Scott. Aunts: Gertude, Ernestine, Freda and WeesIe Patterson: 1 uncle: Sam,nieces and nephews, and his favorite niece who always called him Unk Daddy.
A funeral service will be held at Good Hope Baptist Missionary Church, 1431 Deep Creek Road, Fayetteville, NC 28312 at 3:00 p.m. on June 4, 2022 with a reception to follow. He will be laid to rest at the church cemetery. Flowers and cards are welcome to 1117 Deep Creek Road, Fayetteville, NC 28312.
