Gary Lee Gibson, 69 of Sevierville, TN formerly of Findlay, OH, passed away Sunday, September 11, 2022.
Gary ran Gibson Drywall for over 3 decades. He was a member of Pathways Church. He loved riding his Harley, playing with his grandkids, and sitting on the front porch. His exit on 9-11 was suiting because for those who knew him the world changed again with his absence.
He was preceded in death by James E. Gibson Sr. and James E. Gibson Jr.
He is survived by his loving partner, Angie Burris; sons, James A. Gibson and Rod Myers; daughters, Terri Gibson and Elizabeth Mejias (Gabriel); grandchildren, Nomie Blackwood and Norah Blackwood; sisters, Patricia Phillips and Teresa Weber (Craig); nephews, Travis and Jamie Gibson and Bruce Overholt; nieces, Ashley and Katie Weber; and extended family and friends, Roy Wilson, Kerwin Shafer, and Rick and Rhonda Reno.
The family will receive friends from 5-6PM Wednesday, September 21, 2022, in the East Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville with memorial service to follow at 6PM. Online condolences may be made at www.atchleyfuneralhome.com.
