Franklin Burch, 77 of Screven died Friday. Funeral services will be 3 PM Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at Screven First Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the Bennett Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 to 7 PM Monday at Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home. Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home of Jesup is in charge of arrangements.
