Frank was a proud Navy Veteran of WWII. He loved playing baseball and golf... having accomplished several hole-in-ones in his eighties and nineties! He was an avid fan of his New York Giants who won their game for him right after he passed.
Frank is survived by his daughters, Pamela R. Cirelli, Tybee Island, GA, and Leslie J. Cirelli, Savannah, GA. He is also survived by his pride and joy, grandson, Joshua M. Atkinson (Rachel), great-grandson, Ranger, and great-granddaughter, Kallan. They are currently stationed with the Navy in San Diego, California. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Uncle Chubby loved his family. He always enjoyed entertaining family, friends, and his golfing buddies in Roanoke, Virginia, and Palm Harbor, Florida.
