Francisco Ramirez was born in Zacatecas Mexico on February 1, 1935 to Conrado Ramirez and Sabina Cerros and went to be in the loving heart of Jesus on July 17, 2022 in Humble, Texas. He was born into a humble and hardworking family leaving school to help the family service in the hard time in Mexico. He came from a very devout Catholic Christian family. He met and married Juanita Rodriguez the love of his life in the June 19, 1959.
Together they raised a family of 8 children in McAllen Texas, where he worked as a carpenter by trade. Francisco was preceded in death by his loving daughter Sonia Ramirez- Acuna (Rodolfo +) and brother Antonio Ramirez and Parents and is survived by his wife of 63 years and his children, Sylvia (Reynaldo) Zavala , Conrado (Santa) Ramirez, Francisco (Cindy) Ramirez, Sandra (Herminio) Flores, Mirella (Margarito) Rodriguez, Eric (Amparo) Ramirez and Zoila De Alba, survived also by his youngest sister Rosa Rubalcava. He also had the privilege of helping to raise two nieces, Irma Garza and Alicia Garza. Francisco was blessed with many Grandchildren, Great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends whom he loved dearly.
Viewing and visitations will begin today, Thursday, July 21, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Ceballos Funeral Home with a Rosary being recited at 6:00 p.m. A funeral Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, July 22, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church of McAllen. Burial at 11:00 a.m. will follow at Roselawn Cemetery in McAllen.
